Outreach Education Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Course Description:
Professional course designed to provide knowledge and skills to recognize, prevent, resuscitate and stabilize infants and children in respiratory failure, shock, or cardiopulmonary arrest. Professional course appropriate for ER personnel, physicians, nurses, EMTs who are responsible for the well-being of infants and children. Course completion card provided.
Course Prerequisites:
PALS Initial - Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider -or- ARC Professional Rescuer card.
PALS Retraining - Current BLS HCP card -or- ARC Professional Rescuer card AND Current PALS card.
